What it needed to do
Explain five treatments in the words patients already use, each one editable by the practice.
Show real before-and-after cases, and only the ones a patient has agreed to share.
Earn trust before asking for a booking: the questions a patient should ask any clinic, and articles from the dentist's own Instagram series.
Follow the General Dental Council's advertising guidance: “Dr” always paired with “dentist” and explained as a courtesy title, no “specialist” claims, and a note that treatment may not suit everyone.
Take enquiries for free consultations at either clinic, without inviting anyone to send their medical history.
The before-and-after slider
Drag the handle and the same mouth changes under your finger — worth more than two photographs printed side by side. A case can only be published once the practice has ticked that the patient agreed to it.
- One image with a slider over it, so it works by drag, by tap and by arrow key.
- With no scripts at all, it still shows the result.
- The practice adds its own cases, and each one needs the patient's consent confirmed before it can go live.
The details
The details are intentional. The notes explain why.
-
Treatment list
Desktop
Treatments are named the way patients know them, and each one is an entry the practice can edit itself.
-
Treatment list
Phone
On a phone, details open only when tapped, so the whole list stays quick to scan with a thumb.
-
Five questions to ask
Desktop
It gives patients questions to ask any clinic, this one included. Trust is earned before anyone is asked to book.
-
Behind the Loupes
Desktop
The dentist answers the questions people actually ask her on Instagram, in her own words and in her own clinic. Patients meet whoever will be treating them before they book.

Three plain next steps sit beside the form, so people know exactly what happens after they press send.
How it’s built
- The practice edits its own treatments, cases, articles and details, and the live site updates within a couple of minutes of publishing.
- Plain, fast pages: no heavy framework, just HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript.
- Structured data describes the practice to Google.
- The footer shows when the site was last updated, and the date changes by itself on every publish.
